WEST YOUTH Referral Point
You may become aware of young people who are disengaged from school and in need of further
assistance to transition to employment or training. The West Youth Referral Point can assist in
referring these young people to appropriate services and in following up on their progress.
If you have contact with these young people please pass on the 1300 WEST YOUTH phone number
to them or, with the young person’s permission, please call 1300 WEST YOUTH (1300 937 896) and refer
the young person to us.
The West Youth Referral Point is an initiative of Western Youth Futures – A Western Region Commitment to our Youth.
