Western LCP chairs the Western Region Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Transitions Working Party.

This working party draws upon the resources and expertise from numerous government, local agencies and

orgnaisations seeking to "improve and increase opportunities for CALD young people in education, career pathways
